Sentence typing practice

Sentences bring back everything single-word drills leave out: capital letters, commas, full stops and the shift key. Typing complete sentences trains you to hold a steady rhythm through punctuation instead of stalling at every symbol, which is where most typing speed is actually lost. Every run reports words per minute, accuracy and the exact keys you missed.

How this practice works

Type the sentence end to end

Resist correcting mid-sentence. Finish the line, read the error report, then repeat the run.

Learn the shift and punctuation reach

Capitals and commas use the same fingers as the letters beside them. Sentences are the only drill that trains that hand-off.

Repeat a sentence until it is clean

A sentence typed twice at 98% accuracy is worth more than five sentences typed once at 90%.

Frequently asked questions

How is sentence practice different from word practice?

Word practice trains letter combinations. Sentence practice adds capitalisation, punctuation and spacing, so it is much closer to the text you type in real work.

Should I fix my mistakes while typing?

Fix them if the correction is immediate; otherwise finish the line. Constant backspacing hides which keys you actually struggle with.

Why does my speed drop on sentences?

Shift and punctuation break the rhythm you built on letters. That drop is normal and closes within a few sessions of sentence practice.

Are sentences available in all three languages?

Yes. English, Mongolian and Korean sentence sets are all available, each with the correct keyboard layout on screen.
